Health & Fitness - INSANITY, Why Oh Why?!


Yes, 'tis true. I've decided to start INSANITY...again. I did it many moons ago when it was the "In" workout along with others like P90x. It worked pretty well for me. The first couple weeks was the struggle of my life, but at the end I was thankful to have completed it.


So, why am I doing it again? Well, I was recently doing 1 or 2 of the workouts here and there in-between my gym strength training workouts, but then hubs AKA Means wanted us to do it at the start of the year to include counting our macros. We have done low-carb meals, intermittent fasting and so many other things together just to engage in a healthy lifestyle, challenge our discipline and for many other reasons.

While I workout pretty often, I took somewhat of a hiatus from cardio because my hair was pressed and I wanted to preserve my do. Don't you dare judge me! Lol Follow me @LWCOUNSELS to check in on what I've been doing in between blog posts.

At any rate, I'm excited to engage in this activity with Means. He works out pretty regularly too but now we will ork out together plus eat breakfast together. That's always nice. Plus, if you have been reading any of the intimacy series, you would have read about how engaging in activities together build intimacy in your relationship. Well, now that you know what I'm up to, I'll do my best at keeping you posted week to week no my progress.

Back to work for me! Still trying to get paneled with Blue Cross Blue Shield so I can accept Carefirst members again. And I'm also working on my Ohio license. I am kept swamped! I'm readily available to serve more people via Virtual Life Coaching. Read all about it on my website.
