Health & Fitness - This week's workout


This week I was not feeling well, so I did not go too hard in the gym or in my home workouts. I try to work out every other day. This week I worked out on Sunday morning a very quick workout. I did the staircase for approx. 10 minutes (57 flights of stairs) and then I ran a mile (interval running/walking at an incline of 2.0.) Since I work as a tele-psychotherapist, I do not get alot of exercise. The most walking I do around my home is to get some water when I am a bit parched.


One of the things that has really been difficult for me is maintaining the required amount of water. I often times get so wrapped up with providing therapy, administrative work and social networking duties that I completely lose track of the amount of water I have consumed for the day. So naturally, a new goal for me is to really focus on consuming more water daily. I am low key trying not to consumer too much water because bathroom breaks interrupt my time. That is not a good reason to not hydrate. Again, new goal = drink more water

That is a tip for you. And if you need another workout video, use Pamela's. I did this video yesterday because it was really all I could do with the time I had, but i really felt the burn. Also, because this week was filled with tiny workouts, I hope to do another short video soon . It helps to break up my mornings.
